Refund policy

Due to the nature of spiritual consultations, readings, rituals, customised services, and blessed items, all payments made are generally non-refundable once work has commenced and order has been made.

Lovelia shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, emotional, financial, relationships, business, or personal outcomes arising from the use of any service, consultation, recommendation, ritual, reading, spiritual item, or related practice.

respectful conduct
