In the early years of Buddhism when Buddha was still alive, there was a man named Mr Sujidtaprahma who lived with his wife in India. The couple were market traders who be managed by and were not earning very well back then. Mr Sujidtaprahma invested in a cart where they could sell some other products and their daughter insisted on going along with them. One day in a far away town his daughter heard a sermon given by Phra Gumarn, and his daughter was suitably impressed and became a devotee. Phra Gumarn saw her deep devotion and used his powers to blessed her so she was lucky and has powers to attract business, wealth and prosperity. With these powers, her parents took her along with them everyday until they became extremely wealthy. Thus, this became the legend.
